HI, I'M YANA
I believe in living wholeheartedly—with authenticity, curiosity, and deep connection. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been described as emotional, someone who feels things deeply. While I once saw this as a challenge, I now recognize it as one of my greatest strengths. It allows me to see people in their fullness, to hold space for their emotions, and to connect in ways that are both profound and meaningful.
I’ve always been drawn to exploring the world—immersing myself in other cultures, languages, and ways of being. Growing up with this sense of adventure, traveling and moving between places has become a core part of who I am. It’s through these experiences that I’ve learned to embrace the diversity of human life, and it’s how I show up for others in my coaching practice. My style is a blend of all the experiences I've had—both challenging and joyful—and I bring those lessons to every connection I make.
What feeds my soul is meeting others at their most vulnerable—where real, unfiltered connection happens. I believe in the power of presence, in truly seeing and hearing another person without judgment or agenda. This isn’t just how I coach—it’s how I live. Outside of coaching, you’ll find me immersed in nature, drawn to the stillness and wisdom it offers. I’m a lover of books, always seeking words that challenge and inspire me. And nothing lights me up more than a deep, meaningful conversation—the kind where both people walk away feeling more understood and more whole.

My role is to hold a space where your insights can emerge and guide the way. I don’t come to sessions with an agenda. Instead, we’ll navigate each conversation based on what feels most alive for you in the moment. We’ll explore your thoughts, beliefs, and experiences with deep presence and care. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out—where your vulnerability is honored, and your full self is welcomed. Together, we’ll cultivate self-trust, reframe limiting beliefs, and explore new possibilities, all while honoring your personal journey. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
